The Italian Society of Oncological Urology (SIUr.O.) is a non-profit association founded in 1990 to promote the multidisciplinary management of patients with urological malignancies.
The Association aims to foster the education of a 'new' figure of Specialist who intends to overcome the barriers of one's specialty and to develop multidisciplinary skills by the interdisciplinary confrontation with Urologists, Medical Oncologists, Radiotherapists, Anatomo-Pathologists,.
The multidisciplinary approach is therefore the main feature of this company and is guaranteed at statutory level by the obligatory presence in the Steering Committee of specialists from the various disciplines.
